• If you buy several of Ninja’s add ons, it is quite powerful in what it allows you to do. However, occasionally things do not work properly, and the support team often take days to reply and sometimes does not do so at all. They also give lazy replies such as ‘update your plugins’, when you are already on the latest versions. Not the level of support expected when you pay hundreds of dollars.

    If you were told to update your addons when you were already on the most recent versions, I am very sorry. That should not have happened and as our support manager I take full responsibility for that poor experience and will address it with my team.

    Normally our support team replies almost instantly to users, but since the 3.0 version launch we’ve been backed up quite a bit ironing out some issues while simultaneously being understaffed as one of our primary support guys is currently on his honeymoon. We’re excited for him, but we miss him a lot and we and our users are feeling the impact of his absence.

    I’m sorry for your experience. There’s really no excuse to making you feel as abandoned as you have been. We’re working very hard to regroup and provide the same level of customer support that we did before this launch…which was a significantly speedier experience. Please let me know if we can do anything more to assist in your Ninja Forms experience.
