• Have had a few issues with plug in and now with a related theme, the support is slow and operated via an open forum so you cant give access or details.

    First of all we would like to apologize for the inconveniences.

    Regarding your dissatisfaction, what we really want to say about this is, our foremost priority has always been our user and we always have helped them as soon as we can as much as we could.

    Also about asking the log in detail, we only ask for it if it could not be solved just by inspecting the site URL and we never ask to post the log in detail in the forum directly and we are very much concerned about our user’s site security. We have always asked to send the detail in our official email and ask the user to change the log in detail after the issue is resolved.

    As for your case, we would like to apologize for the delay and promise you to help as soon as we can.

    Finally, we would really appreciate if you could change the rating and encourage/motivate us to better in the future as these things do matter and we take your valuable comments as the source of inspiration to do better.

    Unfortunately no matter what you say the support set up you have is not great, its basically a forum and you did ask for access to our site via the forum?

    Even today I am trying to resolve something and you cant really find what you want on the forum, the theme I am using is not even listed on the forum categories???

    I will change the rating if you can prove that you are serious about support, so far it has taken me days to get silly things sorted, there are some real silly flaws in the theme which I am sure will get the response “This is a specialised coding and you can hire one of our developers”

    And teh question I raised about child theme was just fobbed off as its nothing to do with us, you created the child theme.

    That fundamentally is not support

    This is a somewhat date review, but jumping on to add my own, I was a bit surprised to discover a recent one-star by any user.

    I’ve been using this plugin since earlier this year, and support has been consistently timely and helpful, particularly for a free plugin.

    The themes are produced by Theme Palace rather than by Wen Solutions, although the companies appear either to be related or collaborating. Did you reach out to Theme Palace with questions/concerns regarding the theme?

    The plugin forum itself is active with both users and the support team.

    Again, this is a somewhat surprising review provided the substantial evidence within the support forum that support is there for users of the free plugin (I assume support is even better for the premium version).

    Perhaps swing back over there and take a look?
