Slow site & admin

    I’ve been having issues with the response time of my blog (www.whereamifrom.net), including the admin module. Here’s what I’ve tried:

    Checked with my ISP for server/db performance issues (they say everything is fine)
    Tested response time with other php scripts (all fine)
    Disabled all widgets
    Reverted back to classic theme
    Installed wp-cache

    Wp-cache helps with the blog after you view each page once, but the admin module is very slow. Any ideas?
