Slow scrolling on mobile device

    I have a custom theme on my site http://www.wasder.net

    It scrolls very slowly and often crashes when viewed on a mobile device.

    Could you advise me on what to do? Can it be optimised or should some effects be removed, like the background image?

    Try deactivating your plugins to explore whether any could be responsible.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I tried that, it just seems to be an issue with how the theme was built. The author isn’t providing any support so I’m trying to work it out.

    Is the issue on a particular mobile device and browser?

    That’s actually a good question.

    I’ve seen the problem on my windows phone browser and an old ipad.

    But I’ve just tested it just now on a new android mobile device and it scrolls fine.

    So maybe it’s just me?

    Maybe it’s an intermittent issue. If you can replicate it again then let us know the details of the device & browser.
