# Slow Request

 * Hi !
 * For some reason, when clicking on my download link, it is become very slow to
   start the download.
    My file is on dropbox (but I also try with FTP with the 
   same result), direct access via the dropbox link is fine. But when clicking on
   a Simple Download Monitor button, it is about 60s to load.
 * What can influence the loading time of the request ?
    What can we do to optimize
   this ?

 * It seems that the error is a [302](http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E302.html):
   Moved Temporary.
 * The thing is I have the same problem with all my download links, no matter where
   they redirect (same domain or other domain).
 * Any idea ?

 * I went to the page that you provided. I don’t see any download button on that
   page.

 * Yes, I had to provide an other downlink link (temporary) because people were 
   frustrated to wait for the download (I had announced an update of the file and
   no one succeed to download it).
    But the file is still on line and the plugin
   still active. You can see that [here](http://extremraym.com/en/sdm_downloads/x-raym-analog-theme-theme/).
   The request still lasts more than 60s.

 * Well, I had a lot of complaints from my visitor so I had to change my download
   plugin for this website –‘ I guess it was not compatible with my host or something.
   
   Thank you again for this plugin and your support !
