Slow pagination

Hello, is anyone finding it’s pagination very or considerably slower than usual after the updates? Loading the event or initial load of the first page is quick, since I use caching like most, but when I click on next page, it takes around 5 second to load new content. I have limited 10 events per page, which shouldn’t be that performance hungry. I even upgraded to the new database from the version 6 update, thinking it might help, but I don’t think it did. However I have around 1700 events created, which might also be hard on the database itself, and therefore causing this issue. What do you think?
