    Hello,

I’m trying to figure out why the website is reporting cache miss with the first visit to the pages (mostly the product’s pages, sometimes the categories or the home page). I’ve set up the crawler, but it is marking most of the urls with the blue dot. The thing that comes to my mind is that the box with the recently visited products (that is placed at the bottom of the product’s page) is messing up with the caching engine, but before I’ll try to get rid of it I’d like to ask you for any kind of suggestions.

    The report number is: VBIWOGPJ

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    please try this:

go to Cache -> Purge -> Auto Purge Rules For Publish/Update ,uncheck all of them

then Cache -> WooCommerce -> Product Update Interval , set to Purge product and categories only when the stock status changes.

Ready. I’m waiting to see if that’s going to change anything. I’ll let you know in a few hours.

It did a few rounds and went up from 20 hits to 319 hits. That gives ~10% of the pages.

Sorry for three replies one under another. The bot did a few more rounds, or maybe it was just triggered by the visitors, but almost everything got marked as a hit. Dunno why it stopped at 10% the previous time, and why it went to almost 100% after 13 hours.

Today there were 8 requests, 6 the same as previously to purge the specific product, and 2 with the wp-login.php:

Everything is still green in the summary table. I’m guessing that the best thing to do right now is to post a memo to the people that are using the website to not touch anything in the settings.

this is login action , is there anything else in the purge log ?

    Thread Starter januzi_pl

    (@januzi_pl)

nope, just several entries with the products (3 yesterday, 5 today), everything is still green

no no , the result is not real time , it’s last crawler’s result ,it could be outdated already , you may need to re-run crawler again to get new result
