# Slow page load time

 * Hi there, I have W3 installed, and it works a treat, but when I do a speedtest
   at pingdom, there is one element that loads a lot slower than everything else:

 * Anyway to reduce this load time, and fix the issue?

 * Regarding this. This has nothing to do with W3TC. Instead it looks like you are
   using the JSON API and would need to either disable it or look at handling the
   caching for it through another service.
