Slow loading when number of comment is high

    Unfortunate when number of comments is high page loading time increase. Right now I have 8k comments under petition where I use plugin and loading time of page with comments right now increase from under 1s to 10s. Is there is any way to force plugin to load them only by numbers set in pagination?
