# Slow loading theme-install.php, plugin-install.php

 * I have a wp site running without any additional themes or plugin’s installed.
   When I go to install a new theme or a new plugin the actual pages theme-install.
   php & plugin-install.php take ages to load.
 * To clarify the navigation parts of the pages load but the content elements of
   the theme-install.php, plugin-install.php pages can take **minutes **to load.
 * They don’t time out, they just take ages to completely load.
    Also it doesn’t
   seem to be a cache issue because its not any faster if I access it a 2nd time.
 * Is anyone who’s familar with these files able to point out where the pinch point
   might be or how I go about eliminating php,apache or mySql from the mix?
