Slow file download

    Hello,

    I use the plugin to send attached files to my clients (PDF / Word etc). The concern is that sometimes clients cannot download the documents, sometimes it takes 5 minutes per document, sometimes it’s instantaneous.
    We checked if it could come from our server but RAS on that side.

    Where can the problem come from?

    Hi,

    We had no report of such slow downloads so far. The fact that it is random, suggests some network connectivity issue, or memory getting saturated sometimes, or …

    It does not look like a software problem (neither WordPress nor our plugin).
