 * my site is showing an abnormal slowness, it is in the latest version of wordpress
   I already updated the php to 7.3 and now the site has this error: Error: cURL
   error 28: Operation timed out after 10002 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes
   received (http_request_failed). this error is listed as a serious performance
   error
