    Hi team,
First of all, thank you for this wonderful plugin.
I have some doubts could you please clarify them?

I’m using this plugin to optimize the performance of one of my websites. But the backend of the website takes too much time (around 13-14 seconds in network tab). When I checked for solutions, I came to see that the caching plugins may cause this and disabling “Database” and “Object” cache can help to improve the speed. Is there any options like this in Nitropack?
Are there any other options I can use to increase the page loading speed on admin screens?

Also, I noticed that the performance score for the website is reduced to a value below 30.
I’m using a free subscription and “Strong” level optimization in Nitropack.
I’ve exceeded the monthly quota for pageviews and bandwidth. Will this be the cause for the reduced speed?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @noobieboy ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m glad you are happy with our plugin and I will make sure to answer all your questions!

NitroPack does not optimize the backend(wp-admin area) of the WordPress websites, and we do not provide Database and Object caching as we are mainly speed optimization plugin.

Object caching and database optimization solutions in general should be fully compatible with us, and you can check further with your hosting provider if its possible to enable them from their end. Please, keep in mind that other caching plugins similar to NitroPack could cause conflicts.

As for the performance scores, it is normal for the scores to be lower on Strong Mode as this mode provides mainly stability of the website and the way it loads. In some cases it is recommended as it is better to trade scores for good user experience.

In order to boost the scores, I would suggest trying out our Ludicrous Mode as it is our most optimal mode.

Exceeding the monthly quota will prevent NitroPack from optimizing the pages further in case cache is purged.

You can contact our support team so they could be able to check the website further and assist you accordingly – https://support.nitropack.io/hc/en-us/requests/new

    I hope this information helps!
