 * I do not know if the plugin actually did what it said it was going to or not,
   but after installed it my time for first bite was 1.2 seconds. I ran the test
   10 times and checked my server to make sure it was not loaded. I disabled the
   plugin and TTFB is now under 0.3 every time.
