    Hey Guys,

We have quite strange issue with Slovak translation. Dev and Stable releases are 100% translated however it looks like they haven’t been pushed completely. When we install Jetpack, it’s translated 50:50 (Slovak:English). Not sure what needs to be done here. Someone on Slack mentioned that Jetpack uses a custom translation format (JSON) which has to be build manually.

    Many thanks for help.

Nicely done, thanks a lot for all your work with Slovak translations!

We’ll remove the custom .mo file that is currently shipped with Jetpack, thus giving all Slovakian users access to your work in the next Jetpack release. Here is the related patch.

Thanks again for all your work, and thanks for letting me know about this.

Thanks for reply Jeremy and you’re very welcome 🙂

Just one question – will all future translation updates be distributed automatically after this update? Or do I have to contact Jetpack support every time?

The thing is that we need to review all translations now as Slovak language is quite complicated and many translations depend on the context.

Yes they will. From now on Jetpack will only rely on Slovakian language packs built from translate.wordpress.org.

Thank you again Jeremy, appreciate your help and time 😉
