Slooooowww Loading Blog

I am hoping someone can help. I have managed my WorkPress video blog for some time. I try to keep WordPress versions current and manage the plug-ins. I have noticed that my page is taking way too long to load and may drive people away and increase my bounce rate.

If possible, could someone take a quick look a the page, http://alliancevideousa.com/blog/ and/or code, etc. to see where my problem may lie. I have contacted my video web host where the videos are stored and that doesn’t seem to be the trouble. Even scrolling down the page, is not smooth. The images are small jpgs, but I do have a lot of videos on the blog. My video rep does not think the number of videos on the page is the problem.

I would really appreciate any suggestions or recommendations where else I may even try for answers.
