Could you please try and upgrade to 4.3.2.1 to see if that solves the issue?
Thanks,
Jason
Yes, I did that earlier and it did not solve the issue.
Could you post your site URL?
Jason
Same here. Four days ago after upgrading, the plugin stopped working. I tried the No panic button, deactivated and activated the plugin again, no change. I then tried several different versions (didn’t work) and downgraded to version 3.5.5. It’s working but I liked version 4.3.1.1 better. The message in maintenance was 211. My last records were from 25/04/2016. My website URL is http://kazer.bg. I hope it works again because I find Slimstat really useful. Thanks.
Deactivated every other plugin one by one. No improvement. I consider it a bit risky to downgrade plugins so I switched to Jetpack statistics until the problem has been solved.
jooorkata, kindly open your own thread.
rpaananen, please activate version 4.3.2.1 on your site and post the URL so that I can run some tests on my end.
I wonder why this post was marked “resolved” as nothing has been solved.
I uninstalled Slimstad and installed the latest version. Deleted cache. Nothing working at http://www.protv.fi. I have Slimstat installed on two other sites, one working and one not.
It is customary for us to mark posts as resolved when users don’t reply within a couple of days. It usually means that the problem was solved and they don’t have time to come back and let us know 😉
I just visited your website, and the tracker is returning a 500 error:
Request URL:http://www.protv.fi/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Request Method:POST
Status Code:500 Internal Server Error
Remote Address:217.149.50.96:80
You may want to ask your service provider to help you inspect the web server’s error log to see what’s causing that. Usually it’s a PHP memeory limit issue.
Cheers,
Jason
Hey guys. Same problem here one one of my websites, but not others.
On my http://livermorerocks.com site, it stopped tracking data on April 25, 2016.
The other sites I have on the same server are all working okay.
Working site: http://kirksylvester.com
All are running version 4.3.2.1
Opps, I just realized I should have started my own thread. I’ll do that.
kirksylvester, thank you 🙂
