# Slimstat doesn't work

 * Dear Camu, first of all thank you a lot for your fantastic plugin.
    I have two
   wordpress sites (different installations both 3.9.1)with Slimstat installed: 
   a- [http://www.hesichen.com](http://www.hesichen.com) where Slimstat works well
   b- cina.hesichen.com where unfortunally Slimstat doesn’t work at all
 * 1- Both sites are on a shared host by Tophost.it
    2- The site b has few plugins(
   Decent Comments, Head Meta Data, Link Manager, Importatore WordPress, WP Smush.
   it) installed more than site a 3- The site b is localized in Italian version,
   while site a is default english WP
 * I tried to deactivate all plugins in site b without any result.
 * Can you help me?

 * Smush.it is known to conflict with SlimStat because of the way it compresses 
   stuff 🙂 Also, it looks like even if you’re using a subdomain, the ‘secret’ hash
   used to encrypt the data has some issues. I get error 103 on cina.hesichen.com
   from SlimStat, which means that the function which unencrypts the data couldn’t
   do its job.

 * I disabled & eliminated its.

 * Yes, for me is closed. By the way would be interesting to know why it was not
   working. (Could you please tell me exactly the time that according to your records
   the site started to run correctly? Thanks again)

 * I just read this post, that Smush.it is in conflict with SlimStat.
 * May I ask are there other alternative of Smush.it, for compressing the image 
   files?
 * I’ve an older site with both Smush.it and SlimStat running on it. Seems to have
   no problem. There’s a newer site with both plugins and other plugins, and I’m
   checking seems there’s some minor issue (SlimStat doesn’t log every time) and
   still figuring out which plugin causing the issues.
