To me it works correctly in Firefox. Clear your browsercache:
In the menu of firefox click optinns -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and website data: (in Dutch:) Uw opgeslagen cookies, websitegegevens en buffer gebruiken momenteel 308 MB aan schijfruimte.
Click the Çlear data'(?) button to clear the Buffered web content.

That is very strange the first time I go to them after clearing the temp files it works but if I go to another page that has one it doesn’t again. Might be time to reload firefox.

There are two movies on the page. They are completely loading at page start. This costs a lot of performance. How did you put them on the page?

Did you know that you can also load mp4 movies into wppa? In that case they will not completely pre-load, but only metadata.

For more info on video support in wppa see: this ducumentation page
