You have no wppa javascript on that page. What caching are you using, what optimizers anyway?
If any, clear them. If that does not help: de-activate them; maybe also disable wppa caching temporarely (Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 41 and 41: set to Never ..)

I do not use any caching or optimizer plugin.
Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 41 was already to “never”
Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 41a was to “50”
It seems the problem appeared with the version that corrected Basic settings -> Photos which was inaccessible
I did some investigation and discovered that approx 200 lines of html are missing at the end of the page. I suspect there is a conflict with Elementor maybe in combination with delay.
– Try disabling delay on Advanced settings -> System -> I -> Item 42: Delay overrule, set it also to “never”
if no success:
– Try the latest dev version: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-photo-album-plus.8.4.02.006.zip
if still no success
– Create a testpage with a shorcode for a single slideshow e.g.
[wppa type=”slide” album=”12970″]
If this page does not work – i do not know about elementor – try with elementor de-activated.
If still no success, show me that your previous version (i assume the current release version 8.4.01.008) does work with the original url.
A last brainwave a just had: Maybe elementor is triggered by the url arg slide.
I assume you use short query args (Basic settings -> Links -> I -> Item 3: Use short query args); if so, untick it

Thank you very much for your help.
I keep the release version. It’s much more important for me to have the slideshows rather than to access Basic Settings -> Photos
At your disposal whenever you want to test a new version.
One thing: Please look at the server errorlog if you see any strange messages that might have caused this issue
The problem is that i can not reproduce it, and i can not release a new version before i know what is going wrong.
In the mean time i made a lot of fixes, and instead of starting ‘at square one’ i would loke to know at what fix your issue arises.
We know:
version 8.4.01.008 works
version 8.4.02.004 does not work.
So, if would test for me:

I reverted the changes with respect to 8.4.02.002 in the most suspicious file (wppa-filter.php).
There are a few known issues with respect to cache and delay, so irecommend to set both overrule switches to Never …
