The slideshow loads but it loads awkwardly. All the images load and when a certain script loads, images get back in the container. Is it only happening on that URL? If i defer parsing of java trough coding or a plugin i get the same results – slideshow loads buggy BUT i can exclude jquery.js and then i don’t have a problem with loading of the slideshow. The reason why i would like to continue using rocket loader for defering(instead of a plugin or function.php code) is because in combination with tweaks, cache plugins and rocket loader i get a 95+ gtmetrix (and other) testing tools … and my site loads in 1.5 sec which is terrific except for that little small thing, loading of the slideshow which i s buggy. * There is a way to exclude a script from loading trough rocket loader but when i do that, it doesn’t work … by looking through the head of my site, i can see that the loader seems to skip jquery.js but it loads the slideshow awkwardly anyway. * That is the reason why I posted, maybe someone resolved this issue or perhaps can see why my nextgen slideshow is loading this way … * Thread Starter [dsikic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dsikic/) * (@dsikic) * [11 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/slideshow-with-cloudflares-rocket-loader/#post-5229457) * Honestly, I can’t believe that no one else is complaining about this, because nextgen(slideshow as well) is so widespread and probably many users stumble on this problem … and would certainly like to use rocket loader because it’s so blazing fast. * With all the imaginable tweaks and optimizations … caches and what not, i couldn’t get my site loading in less than 3.5 sec … and it was usually around 5 sec … and the score wasn’t as good … with rocket loader i get 1.5 sec … * [damoncloudflare](https://wordpress.org/support/users/damoncloudflare/) * (@damoncloudflare) * [11 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/slideshow-with-cloudflares-rocket-loader/#post-5229460) * Rocket Loader doesn’t impact each site the same way because of other JavaScript that may be running on the page. If you’re seeing that many issues with Rocket Loader, I do believe the engineers have a way to exclude the plugin in some way from Rocket Loader (I think we have done something similar with Disqus). Rocket Loader is a HUGE improvement from a performance standpoint for a large website which is much more valuable than the photo gallery in my case. You guys have to figure out a way to make instructions to insert a Rule. I’m going to need to replace my Photo Gallery at this point as I cannot give up the Rocket Loader performance increases I’ve gained and accompanying increases in Google rank just by the site loading faster.
