slideshow trouble shooting

hi, I need some help troubleshooting the slideshow that’s installed within 4.0.
When I launch it I can tell on the font and spacing that it looks weird, when I try to click on insert nothing happens. I added a screen shot to show what it looks like.
I have an other page where it works fine, no idea where to start looking change settings. Appreciate some help, thanks
