Oh sorry here is my website: http://www.guttpassion.ch/galerie (french)

Usually if you were clicking on diaporama, it was starting without any problem. But not anymore after the two last updates.

I checked Firefox, Chrome and IE10. It works perfectly.

Cleanup your client pc ( remove temp internet files ) and or type CTRL+F5 to make sure the new versions of js libraries are loaded.

    (@guttpassion)

I tried CTRL+F5 but nothing changed. not working yet.
I’ll try to find how to remove the temp internet files.

Ok so I removed all the temp files, cookies, history…etc for each internet browser and on the control panel of my computer (windows XP)
    but still not working

Please mail me a screenshot and a detailed description of what you do ( not ) want to see. mail to opajaap at opajaap dot nl.

It works on my i.e.(10) and on Firefox, Opera, only not on Chrome.
Maybe the error on line 140 of the page causes it to fail in chrome.
    The error is:

Uncaught type error, can not read property ‘style’ of null
    document.body.style.webkitTouchCallout=’none’;

The slideshows of the docs and demo site ( wppa.opajaap.nl ) run without problems also in Chrome,
so i suggest you fix the error above first.

Are you sure you did not any other upgrade at the sam time as you updated wppa+?

Because you also hide the source of the page:

<!– End Copyright protection script by daveligthart.com –>

    <!– Source hidden –>

i can not see enough to investigate on this problem.

    Regards.

You have a theme setting or a plugin that hides the page source so i can not see it inside the browser. This makes troubleshooting almost impossible.

Additionally you have a plugin or theme setting that disables the use of the right mouse button. This makes it too time consuming to inspect what is going on on the page.

If you want me to investigate on your ptoblem:

Please read the instructions here and apply the settings i asked for.

It is ok I enabled all the plugins that are protecting my website. And I follow the other instructions.

By the way, I don’t think there is a problem with my Theme because it was working before.
I think there is a problem with one of the protector plugins that I use. Before I used blog protector but it was not working anymore so I changed.

    Please update to 5.0.9

    Thread Starter guttpassion

    (@guttpassion)

    Done!

    (@opajaap)

I can still not find the cause of the problem.
Please activate the start-stop bar on Table II-B1.
( You may have to change the background color in Table III-A1 to match the sites color scheme and the font in Table V-4 ).
Then we can see if the start/stop action will function where the initial start failed ( in Chrome only )

    Thread Starter guttpassion

    (@guttpassion)

Ok so I activeted the start/stop bar in the table II-B1
And I changed the color for the definied one.

    (@guttpassion)

    Hello,

Now is working on Chrome with the start/stop bar.

So I can not use any protector plugin otherwise is not wirking I guess?!

Anyway, thanks a lot for your help

    Plugin Author Jacob N. Breetvelt

    (@opajaap)

Please do not jump to conclusions, i am still working on this…
Please leave the site as it is now until i give different instructions.
