    Cant work out what could be wrong here. Not had this issue before with your plugin but also not running any plugins I wouldnt normally.

    The slideshow will move once and then just stops and the nav doesnt work more than once either.

    Loading FontAwesome in the header but that doesnt seem to be the problem?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @webfactoryuk,

    Can you please deactivate all of your plugins for a couple of minutes except ST and see if this fixes it?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Yea I tried that and it still doesnt work. Have to keep Advanced Custom Fields working for my theme so could it be that?

    I normally use it though a long with your plugin and not had an issue before.

    @webfactoryuk,

    If the plugin worked a few days ago then it must be an issue from something else.

    Can you please let me know what did you do before this issue happened? For example:
    – Did you update WP? Yes? Also, updated from what version?
    – Did you install/update plugins?
    – Did you install/update theme?
    – What theme are you using currently? Is it free/premium?
    – Are ALL your plugins and the current theme up to date?

    All the best,
    Mihaela

    Sorry no it hasn’t worked on this site. I am trying to run the shortcode in my template. It works in a content area but not with this code.

    <?php echo do_shortcode("[testimonial_view id=1]"); ?>

    I just changed it so my theme used a custom field with wsywig editor there instead and added the shortcode in the editor but still no luck.

    @webfactoryuk could you please send me that page where you added that code?
    I will also need a bit more information.
    Could you please help me by going to this file: ‘wp_config.php’ and where you have this define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);
    change to define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

    Save the file and then let me know if you see any errors.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela
