 * Thanks for including a link. I see a JavaScript error from another source that
is preventing the slideshow from initializing.

 * Unfortunately, I can’t determine the source of the error because W3 Total Cache
is combining and minifying all JavaScript. If you deactivate W3 Total Cache,
I can probably find the source of the error.
 * Otherwise, you need to deactivate other plugins one at a time and test the slideshow
each time. When the slideshow works properly, the error is in the last plugin
   deactivated.
 * If the problem remains even after deactivating all other plugins, then the error
is caused by your theme. To test that, switch to a default theme like TwentySeventeen
   temporarily and test the slideshow.

 * Good. I just tested W3TC and its default settings on a simple site and the slideshow
worked. So the problem must have been caused by a non-default setting. Not all
optimization is beneficial. It seems W3TC can be overly aggressive in its approach.
 * If you want, I will try to reproduce the problem and find a compromise. To do
that, I need to reproduce your configuration. Export your W3TC settings and attach
that export file to a private support ticket.
