    I’m having a noticeable slowdown as well which didn’t exist in the past. Not sure what has changed.

    OK, seems that the problem is that the client uploaded image with much higher resolution than necessary for the slideshow. Which means my client will struggle with this. Is there a quick way to make the slideshow use an alternate size of an image in the library? What do others do?

    Hi @sam you might like to point out to users and or clients what image dimension are allowed on the website.

    Or you can search for a plugin that controls what users are allowed to upload especially images.
