Slideshow Images Do Not Load Properly

  • My uploaded images are 1000 pixels width and 635 pixels height. When the slideshow appears on my blog, the images are stretched or cropped.

Under general settings, I have set maximum width to 1000; slideshow height to 635; proportional relationship 1 then I tried 1:1. I’ve rotated through the Image behaviors trying each one, and none of them keep keep my image at 1000 x 635.

Please help me find a solution to this problem.

My website is under construction and closed to the public, so I’m unable to provide the link.

    Thank you!

    TK

    Hi TK,

The settings on the “General settings” page don’t apply to slideshow’s you have already created. The general settings apply to slideshows that are newly created.

You should go to the “Slideshows” page where you see a list of the slideshows you’ve created. From that list, choose the slideshow of which you’d like to change the settings.

    Best regards,
    Stefan
