I just updated to the latest version and my slideshow has decided to ignore my CSS, move around, and resize.

The slider is supposed to sit flush within the frame on my home page, filling out the gray space. No amount of fiddling has done anything to solve it. Every time I make a change to the CSS, it freaks out and drastically changes to another position.

I don’t know weather it is because I have coded this poorly or if the latest update is conflicting with what I have done.

    Please help me.

    The site is here.

I see you have placed the slideshow in an anchor element: ‘<a>‘. This element is an inline element. These kinds of elements shouldn’t contain ‘<div>‘ elements, which are block level elements.

This is causing the strange behaviour of the slideshow, as the slideshow is built up using block level elements.

After removing the anchor tag from around the slideshow, you should adjust the size of the element with the ‘portlink’ class. This element would still have the wrong size.

If you want to link to a page, you should use the URL fields on the slides.

    Thanks Stefan.

When I get a chance, I’ll fix it up and post back on whether it worked (I’m sure it will).

    Thanks again.

    You sir are a genius.

Love your work, thanks a lot 😀
