 * I’m using the WP Photo Album Plus and would like the page to default with the
   slideshow rather than just with the thumbnails. Is there a way to customize this?

 *     ```
       %%wppa%% %%slide=3%%
       ```
   
 * rather than:
 *     ```
       %%wppa%% %%album=3%%
       ```
   
 * for album # 3, as an example.
