Slideshare and Docstoc not work with IE7 or 8 but OK with FIREFOX / CHROME / SAF

Hy,
Could you help me, my site http://www.angeiologie.fr don’t work in IE7 or 8 but it’s OK with FIREFOX / CHROME / SAFARI
It block and say i don’t have adobe flash player or i have it , itry not install and reinstall but always nothing !!
Is it WP 2.9 ?? because it work before
