    Hi Fabio,

First of all I want to say that the sliders I’ve done so far with Crelly Slider are working fine! Very good software!

The problem I’m having now may not have anything to do with Crelly Slider but maybe you can give me some light:
I want to show a slider in a pop-up which will be activated by a click on an image. For that, I got the Popup Maker plugin. I followed the instructions, created a popup and put in its editor the slider’s shortcode like that:
    ‘<p style=”text-align: center;”>[crellyslider alias=”sra_n_1″]</p>’

The code for the image that will start the pop-up is:
    ‘<img class=”size-full popmake-930 wp-image-1061 alignnone” src=”source-of-the-image” alt=”Chamada Sra N 2A” width=”103″ height=”104″ />’

What happens is that when I test it inside the WordPress editor, it works quite fine. But when I visit the site, ‘from the outside world’, that is, as a visitor would do, what I see is only the first part of the popup and nothing inside it, as though the popup software didn’t find the slider’s shortcode.

Again I think this problem has nothing to do with the slider. I’ve already exposed it in Popup Maker’s Q&A forum but didn’t get any answer yet. As long as I am in a ‘small hurry’ to finish the site and my programming knowledge is not that high, I decided to ask you too.

Thanks a lot for any help.

Hi, as you said, I don’t think the problem is related to Crelly Slider. To be sure about it, try to put the slider shortcode in a normal page (outside the popup). If it works, the problem is related to the popup plugin.

Precisely as you said. It works finely outside the popup. Thanks.
