Sliders not in Dashboard

    The learning curve on Quest has been slow to say the least & it’s because some of the promised features are not showing up in my dashboard.

    I cannot find sliders settings anywhere and there is no option to create the header with slides.

    I have goDaddy’s Managed WP as hosting.

    Are these features only available in the “Pro” version of Quest? I compared the 2 versions before installing and it appeared they were in the free version as well.

    BTW – your help videos are great but none of the features are in my dashboard 🙁

    Hi

    The Slider is available on the Free Quest Theme, If you are referring to a Transparent Header where the Slider acts as the background for the Header/menu, then this option is only available on Quest Plus, but the most basic features of Image Slider, Gallery and Columns are available in the Free version.

    Also have you checked our knowledgebase on using the Page Builder ?

    OK…description is misleading because it appears the slider can be the header in the free version. Maybe you should clarify.

    I was able to get around with SP Header Slider plugin for now. Will possibly upgrade theme later.

    I will work on adding a detailed page which compares both the free and Plus versions, that should clear up any confusion.
