Sliders and min.js

  • Hey Frank…sorry to be a pest…but<G>

As I previously noted, I am using the min.js in the exclude scripts js because the “Slider Pro” and “WP-Toolset” (this consists of 4 separate plugins – Types, Views, Cred and Access) sliders do not function unless I exclude the min.js.

However, excluding min.js affects a lot of stuff across the board and I definitely think it would be better to address the slider issues.

For Slider Pro – If I do not have the min.js in the exclude…the sliders just do not show up at all.

For Toolset – There are two issues:

    1. Exclude “wpv-ajax-pagination” because the manual ajax feature in Views goes into infinite spin unless I have this exclude.
    2. The Featured slider does not slide unless I include the “min.js”.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the “wpv-ajax-pagination” exclude is focused properly…but what to do for the “min.js” which is too broad?

I can’t figure out the specific exclude for the slider issues. Can you help me out on this?

    Regards,
    Will

That’s not an easy one Will. What JS-files match *.min.js? Did you try excluding those with a more finegrained pattern?
