    Hello Anders,

We’re creating a new website with your wonderfull theme, thank you for creating this!

On the front page we would like to get a slider with call to action buttons. The same as you have on: https://www.andersnoren.se/themes/sullivan/

I’ve tried to change the template and add a slider, but then the title of the page will be displayed directly above the slider.
Is there anyway I can do this in the WordPress Admin section without changing the code?

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @woutertest,

You can find a description on how to do this in the theme readme file:

    == Slideshows ==

    1. Install and activate the Sullivan Compatibility Plugin, if you haven't already.
    2. Click Slideshows > Add New in the admin menu.
    3. Fill in the fields, select a post thumbnail and select which of the slideshow locations you want the slide to be displayed in. The shop location is only visible if you have WooCommerce installed.
    4. Save the slide.

The slide will now be displayed in the slideshow location you selected.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you Anders for your quick reply!

It’s working on the shop page, great. Is there a way also to add it to a page instead of a blog post?

    Thank you in advance.

@woutertest No worries! No, I’m afraid it’s only possible to display the Sullivan slideshows on the blog archive and the shop archive. If you want to display a slideshow on a single page, I’d take a look at plugins with slideshow blocks instead.

    Thank you!
