Please Update the product and try again.
In this version when the product is updated the video thumbnail is downloaded and set automatically.
In the previous version the thumbnail loads directly from YouTube and it slows down site speed so we have removed this code.

I can also confirm that updating the product didn’t fix the thumbnail.

I’m sorry but it’s not picking up the image.

I first removed the Youtube link, then Updated the product, then put the link, and then updated the product.
Any help will be appreciated.

Did you have set Video Thumbnail for all Products from the plugin settings page?
If not set then please try to set Video Thumbnail for all Products from the plugin settings page and check if the thumbnail is coming or not, Or try to add video in another product and check if the video thumbnail is showing or not.
This isn’t working for us either and I’ve had no response to my ticket in over five days…

Not working here either, I’m afraid.
So, I did as you suggest; Enabled the ‘Video Thumbnail for all Products‘ by setting an image. Now, instead of pulling the thumbnail from Youtube, it just shows the Global image that we set in the plugin options.
I tried re-saving the product but it doesn’t pull the YT thumbnail.
