Support » Plugin: Twenty20 Image Before-After » Slider shadow multiplying

  • Hello Zayed and thanks for your slider!
I’m having a small problem where I am needing multiple Twenty20’s on a page.
Every time I add a new Twenty20 the shadow under the slider bar increases more and more.
Can you tell me where the setting is that I can either decrease the shadow way down on each on or just kill it altogether?

    Thanks again!
    Brad

Ok I was able to figure out how to take it off from one of your earlier posts. I actually liked having it on there more than without it so if there is some way of having multiple instances of the plugin without the shadow doubling up each time that would be awesome… if not no big deal.

I believe I have found the issue causing this. When you add multiple instances of the plugin on a single page, a wrapper element is added to each instance, per instance on the page. I tried adding 24 instances, it resultet in 24 wrappers per instance. Only 1 container with only 2 images, but also 24 handle elements, each with a further 48 arrow spans – 24 per side.

This obviously effects efficiency and usability, and is why you are seeing the shadow stronger, as the shadow is applied via the handle elements, in my case I’m seeing the shadow 24 x 24 times on top of itself. I belive this is because the plugin was intended for single use on a page, and never testet with multiple instances. This error also occurs on the plugins live demo page. I hope the author will find time to fix the issue, as multiple instances is an awsome feature, and probably not intended not to work either.

Yes, I’m seeing the same. I like this plugin otherwise.
