# Slider settings hidden

 * In 1.5.4 the slider is now working, however the slider settings do not display
   when demo slider is selected. I had to switch to post slider to alter the transition
   speed, then switched back to demo slider which retained the new transition speed.

 * Demo slider is a default slider in appointment theme.transition speed setting
   use only post slider and category slider.

 * Actually, when I changed the speed in the other sliders and went back to Demo,
   it also observed the speed change. 😉 The default 2000 wait is far too short.
   I changed to 5000.

 * Kindly Replace the appointment theme package >> functions >> theme_options >>
   pages >> home_slider_setting.php and replace all the code with the code mentioned
   in the [link.](http://pastebin.com/ucqVAMaj)

 * It would be nice if the demo slider had options like fade vs a carousel of images
   and changing the speed.
