Support » Plugin: Easing Slider » Slider Padding-bottom

  • Resolved Gaz

    I’ve installed your slider using the PHP code. I had some trouble with the pagination buttons overlapping the top blog post as the padding was set to -25px?

    I’ve played around with it and think I have sorted the bottom padding problem so it’s spaced to 20px now. The problem I ma having is the slider takes a little while to load and the title of the top blog post is getting chopped in half which looks a bit rubbish. It wasn’t doing this prior to me changing the padding of the slider.

    Would you be able to suggest how I can prevent this from happening whilst having some padding between the slider and the top post?

    Hi @noble77, would it be possible to provide me with a link to the issue on your site? I’ll take a quick look and advise you further 🙂

    Hey sorry, I forgot to put it in my original post:

    thanks for your help.

    Hey, we have now added an extra post and the padding has gone back to how it was so the post is directly under the slider. Can you help me get padding below the slider.

    Also is it possible to have text on the images in the slider too?

    Hi @noble77, not quite sure I’m fully understanding the issue, but to add bottom padding, try this code in your WordPress post/page:

    <div style="margin-bottom: 20px !important;">
        .. Put the slideshow code here ..

    You can change the 20 with any pixel value you like. It should be as simple as that.

    As for text on slides, unfortunately this is a premium only feature. Easing Slider “Pro” can be purchased here 🙂
