Slider not working in local site

    Hi Vanessa!

    There are a few things you can check:

    – If you’re using one of the StudioPress child themes, make sure that your slider settings at Genesis → Slider Settings match the ones from our theme setup guides.

    – Be sure that you’ve set featured images for the posts or pages you’re featuring.

    – Look for errors in your browser’s JavaScript console. Conflicts with other plugins can cause issues with the slider.

    – Check for 404s in your browser’s Network tab. Resources failing to load due to server permissions issues or local server misconfiguration could prevent the slider from working.

    If none of these ideas help, you’re welcome to put the site online on a staging server somewhere and share a link so that we can take a closer look.
