slider not showing in some browsers

I just installed this plugin yesterday. I’ve inserted slideshows in several posts and noticed that, while the slideshows appear in Microsoft Edge on my laptop and in Safari on my phone, they do not show up in Firefox or Chrome on my laptop. I’ve cleared both browser caches, restarted both browsers and even restated my computer, but no change, even after 24 hours. Any idea what I can do to fix this? (Or what I’m missing?)

By the way, I’ve only included two images in the slideshow at this point, because I’m planning to add banner ads to it starting later today. The current first image is supposed to act as a promotional image for prospective advertisers, to show them how their ads will be displayed once they’re up, and the second one – of a Christmas gift – is a generic placeholder.
