    hello,

since updating all my plugins i noticed the slider is no longer working. just a spinning logo.

i do get an error when inspecting the page. not sure if this is the cause?

    please help.

    thank you.

    Hi @mrcavallo

I think I replied to you via our ticket system, but I’ll post it here in case anyone would have similar problems.

Did you possibly use the custom codes to dynamically make the slider’s height equal the highest slide’s in your slider: http://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/997-dynamic-height-based-on-the-tallest-slide ?
These codes are not supported and not working since Smart Slider 3.2. Basically, their functionality was replaced by the Content mode: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1430-tutorial-video-content-mode
so I suggest removing this code and adjusting the slide to use Content mode instead.

    hello,

thanks for getting back to me. as mentioned i have reverted back to an older version of the plugin simply because there were too many changes that effected the look of my sliders. i had quite a bit of custom css controlling the elements and all of this was broken.

so i will be keeping the older version from now on.

it would be good for future updates to try and make it more backward compatible.

    thank you.
