# Slider not centered

* I’ve put the slider in our footer, but it doesn’t center with the rest of the
items, I’ve put the margins as auto but it skews left. Setting a hard margin
means it wouldn’t be responsive.

* This worked for me to center the logos:
`#logo-slider-wraper { text-align:center;}`
* This worked to center the shortcode on my page:

* Hello. I’ve put the slider on my site and it works great, however it is not centered.
I applied [logo-slider] in the text widget
editor, but no luck. Any suggestions?

* Regarding my previous post, I found the issue in another post and it was resolved
with this:

* Could you please tell me where you place the code to center the Logo Slider:

* I found this code in the logo-slider.php and changed **position:relative;** to**
text-align:center;** but it has no effect…
Btw, I am using the Responsive theme
from CyberChimps.

* Hi deltabert…. Sorry, I do not remember where I put the code. I think I just
put it at the bottom of the Stylesheet Editor.
* I decided not to continue using the logo slider since it was not responsive in
mobile devices. I am using the Soliloquy logo slider instead.

The best place
to pop this code is on the Logo Slider Settings screen in the Custom CSS box.
* In general, you always want to make adjustments to plugin styling in your theme
CSS, or in a box like this that is provided in the plugin. Because this way your
changes are not overwritten when the plugin updates. Make sense?
