In siteorigin pagebuilder many free sliders available like

Layout Slider
Post Carousel
Image Slider

But I couldnt find in elementor.

These features are not available within Elementor (Basic version),
Some of those features are available within our pro version,

If you have any further questions, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

WordPress.org rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
