Slider not appearing after trying to change frequency

Can you please go to Hustle > Slide-ins, click on Gear icon on your slide-in and export its settings.
Upload it to any file sharing service and share the download link so we can import it on our end and check the settings.

As for the slide in toggle, it should be in the same place where you change it

Did you try running a plugin conflict test? Please run a test for a conflict with another plugin to find out what is causing this. Deactivate all other plugins, besides Hustle and check if these issues have been resolved. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

Anyway, I am currently working with a popup which is showing up on some browsers, not showing up on others.

Which browsers is not showing? And on what operating system? From what I see you have setup this popup to show only when there is AdBlock enabled. Are you sure that you have AdBlock installed on all those browsers?
