    Hi Axel ( @elaxel84 ),

    That is the loading animation which shows until every resource (cache files, images) are available for the slider. It disappears immediately when these resources are available.

    If you would see this screen for a long time in your slider, you could take a look at this documentation: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/185-how-can-i-speed-up-my-website

    If you would have the pro version, you can change that loading animation at the Slider settings -> Advanced tab

    @elaxel84,
    Okay, I see what is the problem. There are huge images on your site. I would like to suggest you to read our article first:
    How to Speed Up Your Smart Slider 3
    In this article you can see how can you enable image optimization in Smart Slider 3. (You have one image which is over 10MB, I do not know your server settings, but your server memory might limit PHP image resize function as it need lot of memory. In that case you will get an error message which will tell you that memory exhausted. In this case, you should resize this image on your computer and replace it on your server.)

    If you followed the instructions and image resize is working fine on your server, your site should load very fast. Currently it is over 32MB, and it should be around 2-5MB.

    Also after this process, your server speed could be another limitation, if you would like to get faster website without investment, I would suggest you to set up Cloudflare on your site and you will get a huge boost from this free CDN.
