# Slider load time

 * Hello,
    Thanks for this great plugin. Lots of customization options. The only
   downside is the long load time. While the rest of the page loads fast, this is
   the only element that takes an extra 3-4 seconds to show up. Is there any optimization
   i could use?

 * Our system works that way, that our slider has to load last, because we are positioning
   everything based on the loaded CSS and JavaScript codes on the website, so we
   have to wait until your website is completely built up to know how big our slider
   can be and where the layers should be. Because of this it often can look like
   as if the slider loads for long, but in a lot of cases it doesn’t. I have started
   working on a documentation, which can help you figure out the cause and you can
   find tips for the different issues:
