    Hello. This might be a really stupid question so sorry lol. I am really really new to this and lost on this one..

    I am currently using the speed theme and to use the image slideshow built into the theme it is telling me “Works auto, will load featured image set with each post.Just set the post image as featured for the post,then the slider will load this image. ” Although I have looked around my site as well as the help forums on how to do this I am coming up with no ideas.. I’m sure it is probably something very obvious that I will be kicking myself for later but any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    When you create a post you will see featured image on right if you do not see it click on screen options and tick featured image.

    Click on the link find the image from media

    Find the featured image button below the “Publish” button on edit panel. You can set a featured image for your post from media gallery or by uploading a new picture and that image will appear in slider.

    If you are looking for more stylish and different sliders, then I would suggest you to take a look at sliders available on slidervilla.com. Sliders over there can scan your post and show the pictures in slider without adding a featured image. You will also get more effects and style in sliders like Roster, Listic etc. on SliderVilla.
