Slider Function – Section Position – Moves on NEXT

    Awesome plug-in!

    I created a slider form and am having some difficulty keeping the NEXT/PREV buttons in one place.

    When the form loads there is a big gap between the fields and the NEXT button (user must scroll to find, so must be fixed :))

    And with each additional section after the NEXT button is used the form returns the to top of the page.

    Is there a way to freeze it in place and control the height?

    apologies for the late reply, a combination of work and health kept me away from the forum.

    thank you, do consider leaving a review when you get a spare moment.

    When the form loads there is a big gap between the fields and the NEXT button (user must scroll to find, so must be fixed :))

    can you post a screenshot, or is your form accessible online? The buttons position are set to come at the end of the form, however some themes override these settings requiring you to adjust the layout with some custom CSS. Can you change your theme to the std WP theme (maybe twetnytwenty theme) and see if the layout improves?

    indeed that’s by design to allow large forms to reset to the top of the form on each slide change.

    Is there a way to freeze it in place and control the height?

    so by freezing you mean to stop the auto-scroll up?

    I have now added a filter to disable the slider auto-scroll. Can you manually upgrade to v4.13.0 beta you you can download from the github repository and you should see the filter on your slider column controls in the UI grid editor:

    I can’t find the disable option anywhere or code to add to the functions.php

    This is the page I’m testing on at the moment and you’ll be able to note that with each “Next” click the page shifts up slightly. I created 3 identical slide sections to compare. Form for testing

    It’s an awesome plug-in regardless so thanks for any help.

    Nevermind, I had to deactivate/reactive CF7 in order for it to work. Thanks
