slider for page (url) theme twenty seventeen

hello together,
I´m looking for a slider plugin that works with the pages, not with images. It should work in the way: an arrow in the middle of a defined page (on the right and on the left) and the arrow is linked to another page.
I tried many of the plugins, the ones I found were image based.
