Slider featured title disappears on mobile

Hello,

I really enjoy the Twenty Fourteen theme and I’ve been playing around with customizing the slider. I’ve noticed that on mobile, it removes the entry title of my featured content. Where in the code can I fix it so it always displays?

I currently have my website offline because I’m still making these changes, but I can bring it back online if someone needs to view the actual code of my site. Thanks.
